My Philosophy

Entering the Real Estate arena in 2002, I have diligently learned several regions of the local real estate market. Over the past 20 years, I have developed a sub business within our brokerage that is accountable to myself and my customers.  I have consistently  won numerous awards for Customer Service, Exceeding Client Expectations and Sales Production. I offer over 20 years of Real Estate Experience to work for you including sales, purchasing and property management, whether you are buying, selling, or both. I am well versed in REO Properties, Short Sales, Resort and Second Homes. If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself heading towards foreclosure, call me to assist you in trying to work with your bank to offer a more congenial exit strategy if at all possible. My company also offer a Relocation Specialist, both for Inventory and Home Finding.

I am experienced with Cartus, Brookfield (formerly Prudential), Sirva, Weichert Relocation procedures and benefits. My designations are e-Pro, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, and also a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. Since 2011, I have also managed our own short term rental in North Carolina.

If you are anyone you know is planning to buy or sell Real Estate, please contact me to help pre-screen an agent for you or them in any area. One of the advantages of my referring you to an agent is they have even more accountability for reporting over an agent you might hire off the street. My networks of referral agents are pre-screened and have to obtain Relocation Training and Certification.

Areas of Coverage

I am experienced in the Eastern Part of Pennsylvania, and I cover part or all of the following counties in Pennsylvania; Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Monroe, Lehigh, Philadelphia Counties. I also cover parts of Luzerne, Pike, Lackawanna, Northampton, and Wayne Counties. Every market is different in these regions and I try to stay informed of changes in the various marketplaces by constantly researching and previewing homes in many different areas on a constant basis.

For areas that I do not personally offer coverage in, once I can refer you to a pre-screened agent anywhere, so if your direct real estate needs are not on a local basis to myself, I can still be involved in the assistance of selection of the right agent where ever your need may be. There is no charge to you for this service.

My philosophy in Real Estate is a straight-forward approach. Treat your customers and clients with honesty and integrity as we ourselves would want to be treated in any business transaction. The reason I entered into this field in 2002, was that I felt an agent we were working with, was not working for us. The simple philosophy of returning calls and emails in a timely manner is something  I take pride in.  Real Estate is for all intensive purposes a numbers game whether you are a first time buyer, seasoned buyer, first time seller, or investor.  The value of a property is indicative of two sets of theories; what the market comparable properties have sold for; and what a buyer is willing to pay and a seller is willing to accept. I have instilled these ideas into my agents that work directly with me on my clients beahalf.  My business thought process, reminding them that treating someone fairly and honestly always comes first and the great service results in great referrals.
