I am experienced in the Eastern Part of Pennsylvania, and I cover part or all of the following counties in Pennsylvania; Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Monroe, Lehigh, Philadelphia Counties. I also cover parts of Luzerne, Pike, Lackawanna, Northampton, and Wayne Counties. Every market is different in these regions and I try to stay informed of changes in the various marketplaces by constantly researching and previewing homes in many different areas on a constant basis.
For areas that I do not personally offer coverage in, once I can refer you to a pre-screened agent anywhere, so if your direct real estate needs are not on a local basis to myself, I can still be involved in the assistance of selection of the right agent where ever your need may be. The reason I entered into this field in 2002, was that I felt an agent we were working with, was not working for us. The simple philosophy of returning calls and emails in a timely manner is something I take pride in. Real Estate is for all intensive purposes a numbers game whether you are a first time buyer, seasoned buyer, first time seller, or investor. The value of a property is indicative of two sets of theories; what the market comparable properties have sold for; and what a buyer is willing to pay and a seller is willing to accept. I have instilled these ideas into my agents that work directly with me on my clients beahalf. My business thought process, reminding them that treating someone fairly and honestly always comes first and the great service results in great referrals.
